Corn fibre is a by-product of specialised corn-based products. Maize fibre is a mixture of the seed husk and the endosperm remaining in the grain after the starch, gluten and germ have been extracted. The fibre is made up of 21% protein, 18% starch and 30% fibre, making it an ideal ingredient for animal feed. The fibre can be mixed with concentrated soaking water (known as Gluten Feed). Despite its high fibre content, it can still be considered a source of energy. The level of protein degradability is an important factor when considering protein levels in livestock feed. The fibre produced by the wet milling process of maize is slightly more digestible than in dry form.
We are the processor, supplier and exporter of maize fibre in India. It manufactures dry fibre using strict quality control measures to preserve its purity and make it export-ready for world markets. Enriched corn fibre is the pericarp of the corn kernel. It is an odourless yellow to light brown fibre, free from harmful components and rancidity. Maize fibre is a good source of energy for livestock and poultry because it contains essential amino acids and vitamins.
